Ken and the team were incredibly helpful when I brought my car in for diagnostic. Scheduling was a breeze and communication was absolutely fantastic. Ken himself worked on my car, doing everything he could think and more to try solving my issue. He genuinely wanted to know what was going on and hear my input/history of engine issues, and even did a ride-along to try and recreate the problem with every diagnostic tool at his disposal hooked up. I couldn't think of a better man and team to suggest to anyone in need of help where no one else could or would. 40+ years of experience and they have the skills to show for it!

I came to Ken's for an oil and filter change and had a great experience from start to finish. Scheduling was easy, the service was professional, and the price was very competitive. I also appreciated the thorough inspection. The team was courteous, efficient, and professional.

Ken and Chris were very very nice and completely understood where I was coming from. My car has been gaslighting me into thinking it’s trying to die and I brought it in and all they did was test drive it but I guess that’s all my car needed. They didn’t charge me which was so nice and more than I can say for other mechanics who try to swindle money for every little thing they do. My car came back to me better than ever somehow and I’m glad I brought it there to support a family business! 100/100 will go again 10/10 vibes!

My daughter is a student at OSU and she had some car trouble leaving town to visit home for the weekend. I called Ken's Car Care and talked to Chris and he did a great job taking care of us. I know the name is Ken's Car Care, but it's obvious to me that they also care about their customers.

Five stars is not enough! THE BEST SHOP IN CORVALLIS When moving our student to OSU, the check engine light on the car started flashing. It was Thursday afternoon at 1:30pm (Kens is closed Friday - Sunday) A Google search confirmed the car should not be driven as significant damage could occur. We called Kens and after a detailed conversation, we collectively decided the 5 mile drive at a slow pace would be safe. He suggested if the issue was a coil, it was an easy fix and they could get us back on the road that afternoon. Ken and his team dropped everything to assist us when we arrived. We left them to work on it, only to receive a call that they could not get the check engine light to come on after we turned the car off upon arriving at the shop. Ken did some checking of the coils and could not find an issue but did make some slight adjustments. We picked the car up and were told there was no charge as they really didn't do much to warrant collecting a fee. While we appreciated no bill, it was his sense of urgency in our situation that has us now loyal clients. Ken understood how challenging it would have been to leave our student without a car when we left to retur
